We're On Our Way
Here we are then. We've arrived at Heathrow Airport, gone through security, and now we wait ready to embark on a twenty-four hour journey to the other side of the world. And all this on the back of a whirlwind last two weeks in the UK.
It began on May 27th when the shipping team arrived at our home...
On Sunday June 6th, I then got to address Christchurch with my final message there as one of their pastors...
I have had the privilege of being a part of Christchurch since the church started 15 years ago, and a pastor their since 2001. This was one of the hardest messages I've ever given, but God was very gracious... It was so wonderful to go down memory lane and re-live our 'Story of Grace'... How good God has been!
The pastoral team, my dear friends, then prayed for us as a family, a special moment...
Thankyou so much to everyone who has cared for us over the past few years as we have prepared to move to Australia. We simply wouldn't be here if it wasn't for your ongoing encouragement and care... We love you so much!
And now, here we go... 'Gate 3', we're on our way!
